One of Karen's favorite Indian dishes. I didn't learn it in my cooking classes so I'm always looking for a good recipe. Karen loved
this the first time I made it but the second time not as much. I think the cloves I had were going bad because they really overwhelmed the dish. I'm going to give it another try. I use fresh spinach and I think that makes it a rather soupy dish but tastier. And of course, I leave out the ginger.
