Calorie tracker

I'm going to start using this website. I'm going to lose weight, damn it! I put all my planned eating and exercising in for today and supposedly I have calories to spare. So if I eat so well, why can't I lose weight? Because I shove (shove!) other things into my mouth, and I always get two servings at dinner. Both things I need to work on.
