My new years resolution was to get us back on track eating healthy meals. I think I did pretty good in that respect but boy did we spend a lot of money. Which goes against my other New Years Resolution - live a cheaper life. I've got to work on being able to do both. It does help when we don't have CSA veggies anymore.
Sunday: New Years Dinner $15.19
Monday: Mandalay $35.01
Tuesday: Tortellini $10.50
Wednesday: Tempeh and Green Beans $11.05
Thursday: Cutlet Parmesan $12
Friday: Tofu and Cucumber $21.50
Saturday: Burger King $13
Total: $118.25 ($16.89 per dinner)
Pretty high. Even our cheapest meal was above $10. Really have to work on this.
